How to Use:

Get the Velcro side, pass it through the buckle
Put on the back support corrector on one shoulder and the other
Pull the Velcro side to adjust until it fits correctly
Wear it every day for 2 hours to achieve results

Suggested Usage:

This should be worn daily. Wear it for 15-25 minutes only for the first few days, then add 20 minutes every day. Your back and shoulders will slowly adjust and you will build muscle memory for the right posture. Avoid over-tightening the brace because it will cause excessive tension. Wearing a posture support for an extended period of time is never a good idea. It should only be used as a training tool to help retrain your back with the correct posture.
